This medicine increases the chance of multiple pregnancy (twins or more). Tell your doctor immediately if you experience severe pelvic pain or bloating, as these can be signs of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS). Inform your doctor if you have liver disease or abnormal vaginal bleeding before starting.
