Sevlaren-400 Tablet is used to manage hyperphosphatemia in adults with chronic kidney disease on dialysis, prevent mineral imbalances in the body, and reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke related to high phosphate levels.

Here's how you should take Sevlaren-400 Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Crushing or chewing is not recommended.

• Always take this medication with meals as it helps in better absorption.

• Do not exceed the recommended dose without consulting your doctor. If you have any queries about dosage, ask your doctor.

• Stopping the course abruptly is not advised. Always discuss with your doctor if you feel the need to discontinue the medicine.
