Rosusure Gold 20 Forte Capsule 10 is used for the following:

• Management of acute coronary syndrome

• Prevention of heart attacks

Follow these instructions while taking Rosusure Gold 20 Forte Capsule 10:

• Swallow the capsule whole with a full glass of water.

• Take this medicine at the same time each day.

• Do not crush, chew, or open the capsule.

• You can take this medicine with or without food.

• Continue taking this medicine regularly, even if you feel well.

• Do not stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor.

Rosusure Gold 20 Forte Capsule 10 is taken orally.

Rosusure Gold 20 Forte Capsule 10 contains three active ingredients that work together to protect your heart and blood vessels:

• Aspirin (150 mg): Acts as an antiplatelet agent by inhibiting the enzyme cyclooxygenase (COX), which reduces the production of substances called prostaglandins and thromboxanes that cause inflammation and blood clotting.

• Clopidogrel (75 mg): Works as an adenosine diphosphate (ADP) receptor antagonist that prevents platelets (tiny blood cells) from sticking together to form unwanted blood clots that could block blood vessels.

• Rosuvastatin (20 mg): Functions as an HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor (also called a statin) that blocks an enzyme responsible for making cholesterol in your liver, thereby lowering levels of LDL (bad cholesterol) and triglycerides while slightly increasing HDL (good cholesterol).

• Store Rosusure Gold 20 Forte Capsule 10 at room temperature (below 30°C).

• Keep the medicine protected from light and moisture.

• Store in the original packaging until time of use.

• Keep out of reach of children.

• Do not use after the expiry date printed on the package.

• Heart-healthy diet: Choose foods low in saturated fats and cholesterol (like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains) to help manage dyslipidaemia (abnormal blood fat levels) alongside your medicine.

• Regular physical activity: Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise most days to improve cardiovascular health and help prevent atherosclerosis (narrowing of arteries).
