Rifaxigyl-M Tablet is used to treat infectious diarrhoea and traveller’s diarrhoea caused by bacterial infections. It is also prescribed for irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhoea and for the prevention of hepatic encephalopathy in patients with chronic liver disease. The tablet helps control frequent loose stools, stabilise bowel movements, reduce gut infection symptoms, and lower the risk of toxin-related brain complications.
