Nexben Injection is utilised for  the treatment of the following forms of cancer:

• Chronic lymphocytic leukaemia in cases where fludarabine combination chemotherapy is not appropriate for you.
• Non-Hodgkin lymphomas, which had not, or only shortly, responded to prior rituximab treatment.
• Multiple myeloma in cases where thalidomide or bortezomib-containing therapy is not appropriate for you.

To effectively use Nexben Injection, adhere to these guidelines:

• This medicine is meant for intravenous use only and should be administered by a healthcare professional experienced in chemotherapy.
• Bendamustine is administered into a vein over 30-60 minutes in various dosages, either alone (monotherapy) or in combination with other medicines.

Nexben Injection is administered intravenously.

Nexben Injection contains Bendamustine (100 Mg), which works on your body in the following way:

• Bendamustine damages the DNA of cancer cells, preventing them from dividing and growing. It belongs to a class of medicines called alkylating agents. This action helps to slow down or stop the spread of cancer. The medicine is particularly effective in treating certain types of blood cancers. It is usually administered under medical supervision to ensure safety and effectiveness.

• Store your Nexben Injection in a dry place, away from light and moisture.
• The ideal temperature for storage is between 2°C and 8°C.
• Protect it from light.
• Keep the injection in its original packaging until it's time to take it.
• Always keep this medicine out of reach of children.
• Make sure you use the injection before its expiry date.

• While taking Bendamustine, eat a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains to support your immune system and recovery. 
• Stay hydrated and engage in light physical activity as tolerated, but rest as needed to manage fatigue.
