Rerose F Tablet 10 is used for the following:

This action enhances the breakdown of triglyceride-rich particles and boosts the production of HDL or "good" cholesterol. Additionally, fenofibrate increases the activity of an enzyme called lipoprotein lipase and reduces the production of a substance known as apolipoprotein C-III, resulting in lower levels of triglycerides.

• Rosuvastatin (10 mg): This component acts by competitively inhibiting HMG-CoA reductase – an enzyme directly involved in cholesterol production.
