Rabiwok DSR Capsule is used to relieve symptoms of gastro-oesophageal reflux disease, acid indigestion, and associated digestive tract discomfort in adults.

Uses of Rabiwok DSR Capsule are:

• Acid Reflux & GERD: Relieves heartburn, acid regurgitation, and chest discomfort caused by acid backflow into the food pipe.
• Acid Indigestion: Reduces stomach pain, fullness, bloating, and nausea linked to excess stomach acid.
• Oesophageal Protection: Helps heal and protect the lining of the food pipe from acid irritation and ulcers.

• Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush, chew, or open the capsule.
• It is advised to take this medicine before a meal, preferably in the morning.
• For best results, it should be taken at the same time each day.
• Do not stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor first.

Rabiwok DSR Capsule is taken orally.

Rabiwok DSR Capsule consists of two components:

• Domperidone (30 mg): This component acts as an anti-emetic and prokinetic agent. It works by blocking certain receptors in your body, which increases movement in the stomach and upper part of your small intestine. This helps speed up the stomach's emptying process and prevents the reflux of stomach contents into your food pipe. Domperidone also helps reduce feelings of nausea and vomiting.
• Rabeprazole (20 mg): This component belongs to a class of medicines known as proton pump inhibitors (PPIs). Rabeprazole works by inhibiting an enzyme system in cells lining your stomach, which are responsible for secreting gastric acid. This suppression of gastric acid aids in healing the oesophagus, relieving symptoms associated with GERD, and preventing complications.

The combination of domperidone and rabeprazole provides enhanced efficacy in managing GERD compared to either agent alone. While rabeprazole reduces acid production, domperidone increases gastric movement and prevents reflux, addressing the disease via complementary mechanisms.

• Store Rabiwok DSR Capsule at room temperature, ideally below 25°C.
• Protect the medicine from light and moisture to maintain its efficacy.
• Keep the medicine out of reach of children to prevent accidental consumption.
• Always check the expiry date before use. Do not use it if the product has surpassed its expiry date.

• Maintain a balanced diet with less acidic foods. This can help manage symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), which Rabiwok DSR Capsule helps to manage.
• Limit caffeine and alcohol intake as these substances may increase stomach acidity and potentially worsen GERD symptoms.
