Emrok O Tablet 4 may interact with the following medicines:

• Antidiabetic medicines (e.g., insulin, metformin): Fluoroquinolone medicines may affect blood glucose levels and may increase the risk of hypoglycaemia or hyperglycaemia in some individuals. Your doctor may advise blood glucose monitoring during treatment.
• Antiepileptic medicines (e.g., phenytoin): Concurrent use may increase the risk of nervous system-related side effects such as tremors, confusion, or seizures in susceptible individuals. Monitoring may be required during treatment.
• Corticosteroid medicines (e.g., prednisolone, dexamethasone): Taking corticosteroids together with fluoroquinolone medicines may increase the risk of tendon inflammation or tendon rupture, especially in older adults. Doctors may advise caution during combined use.

Overdose of Emrok O Tablet 4 may increase the risk of severe dizziness, confusion, seizures, vomiting, abnormal heart rhythm, or confusion. Seek immediate medical attention if overdose is suspected.

If you miss a dose of Emrok O Tablet 4, take it as soon as you remember. If it is nearly time for your next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. Do not take extra doses to compensate for the missed dose.
