Glaritus 100 IU Injection 3 ML Pack Of 5 is used for:

• Treatment of diabetes mellitus in adults, adolescents, and children aged 2 years and above
• Control of fasting and baseline blood glucose levels
• Use as part of multiple daily injection regimens under medical supervision. 

• Use Glaritus 100 IU Injection 3 ML Pack Of 5 exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
• Inject subcutaneously into the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm.
• Rotate injection sites within the same area to minimise the risk of skin-related complications.
• Inspect the cartridge before use. Do not use if the solution appears cloudy, discoloured, or contains particles.
• Follow proper injection technique and pen usage instructions provided by your healthcare professional.
• It is usually administered once daily at the same time each day, independent of meals, as directed by your doctor.

Glaritus 100 IU Injection 3 ML Pack Of 5 contains the following active components:

• Insulin Glargine (100 IU): Insulin glargine provides a long-acting, steady basal insulin effect by forming microprecipitates in subcutaneous tissue after injection. It releases insulin slowly and continuously over about 24 hours, helping control fasting blood glucose. This mimics normal background insulin secretion with minimal peak activity, reducing glucose fluctuations.
• M-Cresol:  Acts as a preservative to maintain the stability and sterility of the insulin solution.

• Store unopened cartridges in a refrigerator between 2°C and 8°C.
• Do not freeze.
• In-use cartridges may be kept at room temperature away from direct heat and sunlight.
• Keep out of reach and sight of children.
• Do not use after the expiry date printed on the packaging.
