Pazom DSR Capsule contains two active ingredients:

• Domperidone (30 mg): This ingredient falls under the category of prokinetic agents. It works by blocking certain receptors in your gut known as dopamine receptors. This increases the speed at which food moves through your digestive tract, helping reduce feelings of nausea and vomiting. Domperidone also works in the brain to block messages that trigger nausea.
• Pantoprazole (40 mg): This ingredient belongs to a class of medicines called proton pump inhibitors. It works by reducing the amount of acid produced in your stomach. It achieves this by blocking an enzyme system known as the hydrogen/potassium adenosine triphosphatase enzyme system (the proton pump) found in your stomach lining cells known as gastric parietal cells. By reducing stomach acid, pantoprazole provides relief from acid reflux symptoms and allows ulcers and inflammation in the oesophagus to heal.
