Otide 100 Mcg Injection 1 Ml is used to manage acromegaly and certain hormone-secreting tumours of the gastrointestinal tract and pancreas in adults, and to help control certain types of bleeding.

• Acromegaly: Reduces excess growth hormone production from the pituitary gland.
• Hormone-Secreting Tumours: Helps manage symptoms such as diarrhoea and flushing caused by certain gut and pancreatic tumours.
• Variceal Bleeding: Reduces blood flow to the digestive organs to help control bleeding from enlarged veins in the oesophagus.

• This medicine must only be administered by a qualified healthcare professional.

• The injection is administered through under-the-skin or into-the-muscle routes.

• Injection sites should be rotated to prevent skin tissue changes.

• The medicine should be at room temperature before administration.

• Do not use if the solution appears cloudy or contains particles.
