NOXAPARIN 60MG INJECTION 0.6ML is used to prevent and treat blood clots such as deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE), and to reduce the risk of complications in certain heart conditions.
It contains enoxaparin, a low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) that works as an anticoagulant. It is often given before and after surgery to prevent clot formation, and alongside other medicines such as aspirin to manage unstable angina or a heart attack.
While on this medicine, avoid activities that increase your risk of injury or bleeding, and inform your doctor before undergoing any dental work or other procedures.
Before starting this medicine, tell your doctor if you have a bleeding disorder, stomach ulcers, kidney or liver problems, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Regular blood tests may be advised to monitor your platelet count during treatment.
