Orofer FCM 1K Injection is used to treat iron-deficiency anaemia by restoring the body's iron, which is needed to make healthy red blood cells. It helps relieve tiredness, weakness and breathlessness caused by low iron.

It contains an iron preparation (ferric carboxymaltose). It works by replenishing iron stores so the body can make haemoglobin and carry oxygen normally.
