Ondafresh-MD Tablet is used to prevent and treat nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and surgery.

Uses of Ondafresh-MD Tablet are:

• Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy: Prevents nausea and vomiting caused by cancer treatment.
• Post-surgical Sickness: Helps prevent nausea and vomiting after surgery.
• Severe Nausea: Provides relief in other conditions that cause strong nausea.

• Follow the dosage and timing instructions provided by your doctor precisely.

• Do not change or exceed the prescribed dose without consulting your doctor.

Ondafresh-MD Tablet is taken orally.

Ondafresh-MD Tablet contains ondansetron (4 mg), which acts on your body in the following ways:

• Blocking 5-HT3 Receptors: Ondansetron binds and blocks 5-HT3 receptors located in various parts of your body including the small intestine, nerve endings of the vagus nerve, and certain areas in the brain called chemoreceptor trigger zones.

• Suppressing Vomiting Reflex: By inhibiting the action of serotonin, a natural substance that can trigger nausea and vomiting, on these receptors, ondansetron effectively suppresses the vomiting reflex.

• Reducing Sensations of Nausea: In addition to suppressing the vomiting reflex, ondansetron also helps reduce sensations of nausea by blocking the action of serotonin on these receptors.

• Store Ondafresh-MD Tablet in its original packaging.

• Keep at room temperature, ideally below 30°C.
