Oncet Cf Tablet 10

• Anti-hypertensive drugs like amlodipine, nifedipine, nicardipine and verapamil, metoprolol, bisoprolol- reduce the effect of these medicines leading to inadequate blood pressure control.
• Antilipidemics like cholestyramine reduce the absorption of Oncet CF tablets.
• Gastric-emptying enhancing drugs like metoclopramide may enhance the absorption of Oncet CF Tablet and thus increase its effect.
• Tricyclic antidepressants like amitriptyline, nortriptyline & desipramine- Oncet CF tablet increases the effect of these medicines.
• Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAO inhibitors) like isocarboxazid, selegiline, and tranylcypromine may interact with Oncet CF tablet and cause a rise in blood pressure.
• Anticoagulant drugs like warfarin up on interaction with Oncet CF tablet can lead to an increase in time required for clot formation 
• Antidepressants like citalopram, escitalopram, fluoxetine, paroxetine, and sertraline 
• Anticholinergic drugs like clozapine and quetiapine
• Anticonvulsants like carbamazepine and lamotrigine SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN with Oncet CF tablet as seizure episodes can be precipitated.

Oncet CF tablet can interact with diseases, including: 

• Liver diseases- can worsen liver function
• Kidney diseases worsen kidney function
• Thyroid diseases- aggravate them
• Hypertension can further increase the blood pressure
• Heart diseases- can aggravate them
• Asthma- can worsen it.

The recommended daily dose of Oncet CF Tablet is one tablet twice a day, with or without food or as directed by your physician. The dosage may change based on individual factors such as the severity of the condition and response to the treatment. It is essential to follow the prescribed dosage and not exceed it without consulting your doctor.

If you or someone else takes an excessive amount of Oncet CF Tablet by accident, getting immediate medical attention from your doctor or nearby hospital is essential. The overdose symptoms of Oncet are fever, flushing, dilated pupils, rapid pulse, tingling in arms, vomiting, stomach pain and nausea. 

If you forget to take the Oncet CF Tablet, take it as soon as you remember. If the time for the next dosage is close, skipping the missed one and resuming your regular dosage pattern is recommended. Only increase the dosage after consulting your doctor.
