• Diuretics: If you take medicines such as furosemide or bumetanide alongside Olmesmart H Tablet 10, it can lead to severe dehydration and possible kidney problems.
• Potassium Supplements and Salt Substitutes: Using these together with Olmesmart H Tablet 10 could result in high potassium levels in your blood, a condition known as hyperkalemia.
• Bile Acid Sequestrants: Medicines like cholestyramine and colestipol may reduce the effectiveness of Olmesmart H Tablet 10. To prevent this, take Olmesmart H Tablet 10 at least 4 hours before or 4-6 hours after these medications.
• Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Medicines (NSAIDs): Taking NSAIDs like ibuprofen or naproxen with an Olmesmart H Tablet 10 may decrease the tablet's blood pressure-lowering effect.
