OLEGARD M 20/25 MG TABLET 10 is used to control high blood pressure in adults, especially when a single medicine is not enough, helping to keep blood pressure steady and protect the heart, brain and kidneys from the long-term effects of uncontrolled high blood pressure.

Follow these instructions while taking OLEGARD M 20/25 MG TABLET 10:

• Take the tablet with a full glass of water.

• Swallow the tablet whole without crushing or chewing it.

• You may take it with or without food.

• Try to take your medicine at the same time each day.

OLEGARD M 20/25 MG TABLET 10 is taken orally.

OLEGARD M 20/25 MG TABLET 10 contains two active ingredients:

• Olmesartan Medoxomil (20 mg): This is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB). It blocks the action of a hormone called angiotensin II, which normally causes blood vessels to narrow. By preventing this narrowing, olmesartan helps relax and widen your blood vessels, which further contributes to lowering blood pressure.
