Nulong -10 Tablet is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). By lowering blood pressure, it helps reduce the risk of serious complications such as heart attacks, strokes, kidney damage, and vision problems. It may also help relieve angina associated with coronary artery disease by improving blood flow and reducing strain on the heart.

Here's how you should take Nulong-10 Tablet:

Nulong-10 Tablet contains cilnidipine (10 mg), which works on the body in the following ways:

• Blocks Calcium Influx: Cilnidipine inhibits the inflow of calcium ions into muscle cells lining your blood vessels and heart. This action helps to relax and widen these vessels.
• Reduces Blood Pressure: By causing vasodilation or widening of peripheral arterioles and coronary arteries, cilnidipine effectively decreases overall peripheral resistance and arterial blood pressure.
• Regulates Norepinephrine Release: Cilnidipine also has an inhibitory effect on the sympathetic N-type calcium channels. This suppresses excessive release of norepinephrine from sympathetic nerve endings, which helps prevent reflex tachycardia often associated with other types of calcium antagonists.

• Store Nulong-10 Tablet in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight.
• Maintain a room temperature of 15-30°C.
