It contains ofloxacin, a fluoroquinolone antibiotic, and ornidazole, which acts against certain parasites and bacteria. Together they clear the infection.
Take it exactly as prescribed and complete the full course. Avoid alcohol during treatment, as ornidazole can react badly with it.
