Nodon Tablet interacts with the following medicines:

• Calcium Channel Blockers: Nebivolol may enhance the effects of calcium channel blockers such as verapamil or diltiazem, leading to an increased risk of hypotension and bradycardia.

• Antiarrhythmics: Concurrent use of nebivolol with antiarrhythmic drugs like amiodarone or quinidine may increase the risk of arrhythmias and bradycardia.

• NSAIDs: Nebivolol's antihypertensive effect may be reduced when taken with NSAIDs such as ibuprofen or naproxen, decreasing its efficacy in lowering blood pressure.

• Insulin and Oral Antidiabetic Drugs: Nebivolol can mask the symptoms of hypoglycaemia when used with insulin or oral antidiabetic drugs like metformin or glimepiride, complicating diabetes management.

Certain foods may alter how Nodon Tablet works. However, no specific food interactions are known for this medicine.

Nodon Tablet interacts with the following diseases:

• Diabetes Mellitus: Nodon Tablet may mask some symptoms of low blood sugar (hypoglycaemia).

• Thyrotoxicosis: This medicine could hide symptoms of excess thyroid hormones in your body.

• Severe Hepatic Impairment: People with severe liver disease should avoid taking Nodon Tablet as it may worsen their condition.

• Severe Peripheral Arterial Disease: Caution is advised for patients with severe peripheral arterial disease as nebivolol could exacerbate their symptoms.

The daily dose of Nodon Tablet needs to be taken as directed by your doctor. The dosage may vary depending on factors such as your health condition and how you respond to the medicine. Always follow your doctor's instructions and avoid exceeding the prescribed dosage.
