It contains local anaesthetic and anti-inflammatory agents that work by numbing the affected mucosal area and inhibiting pain-producing chemicals. This gel helps soothe burning sensations, reduces local inflammation, and facilitates smooth eating, drinking, and speaking without sharp pain. Applying this gel directly to mouth sores provides localised, long-lasting comfort and promotes rapid natural healing of oral tissue.

• Choline Salicylate Solution B.P. equ. to Choline Salicylate: Choline salicylate has analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties that may reduce local pain, soreness and inflammation in the mouth. It helps manage discomfort associated with mouth ulcers and sore gums.
   
• Lignocaine Hydrochloride: Lignocaine hydrochloride is a local anaesthetic that might temporarily reduce sensation at the application site by decreasing the transmission of pain signals through the nerves. It helps provide local numbness and manage pain and discomfort in the affected area.
   
• Other Ingredients: Benzalkonium Chloride Solution 0.01 w/w in Pleasant Flavoured Base.

• Reduces Denture Irritation: The soothing and analgesic properties of choline salicylate may reduce soreness and discomfort in areas irritated by dentures.

• Apply a small amount to the affected area with a clean fingertip. 
• One application should be sufficient. 
• Use up to three to four times a day or as directed by the healthcare professional.
