Mybro Il Respules 2.5 ML is a medicine used to manage breathing problems in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, and bronchitis. It helps ease symptoms such as wheezing, breathlessness, and chest tightness.
It is a combination medicine belonging to the group of medicines called bronchodilators, which relax the muscles around the airways so they open up and breathing becomes easier. The liquid is breathed in using a nebuliser, as directed by your doctor. It is used regularly to help keep the airways open over time.
Some general measures can help alongside this medicine. These include quitting smoking, having any recommended vaccinations, and following any breathing exercises or rehabilitation your doctor advises.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor about any heart problems, an irregular heartbeat, glaucoma, or urinary or prostate problems, and any other medicines you take. Tell your doctor if your breathing suddenly worsens, or if you notice a fast heartbeat, shakiness, or eye pain after use. Rinse your mouth after use to reduce dryness, and tell your doctor if you need it more often than usual, as this may mean your condition needs review.
