Montral Tablet 10

Montral Tablet is used to manage both seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, providing relief from symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, and itching. It is also used to alleviate symptoms of various skin allergies.

• Swallow the entire tablet without crushing or breaking it. 
• Take it with or without food, but it is recommended at a fixed daily time for better results.

Montral Tablet should be given orally.

Montral Tablet contains the following components:

• Montelukast (4 mg): It is a leukotriene receptor antagonist that helps fight against asthma by targeting leukotrienes. Leukotrienes are chemicals in your body that can cause inflammation and tighten airway muscles, making breathing harder during an asthma attack. Montelukast blocks these leukotrienes so your airways relax, making breathing easier.
• Levocetirizine (2.5 mg): It is an antihistamine that blocks a chemical messenger, histamine. Histamine causes watery eyes, sneezing, and runny nose.

• Store Montral Tablet at room temperature, 25 ºC.
• Keep Montral Tablet away from children.
• Do not use the tablet beyond the expiration date printed on the label.

• Have a balanced diet to support the immune system and reduce inflammation, which can help alleviate allergy symptoms.
• Incorporate Omega-3 fatty acids foods such as fatty fish, flaxseed, walnuts, and chia seeds in your diet to reduce inflammation. 
• Incorporate probiotics such as yoghurt and buttermilk into your diet to support gut health and reduce inflammation.
• If you are allergic to pollen, try to stay indoors during peak pollen times or wear a mask when outdoors.
• Drink plenty of water to keep the mucous membranes in the nose and throat moist, which can help alleviate allergy symptoms.
• Incorporate Vitamin C and D supplements into your diet to support immune function.
