Monthiba 150 MG Tablet 1 is used for the following:

• Prevention of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women

• Treatment of existing osteoporosis in women after menopause

• Strengthening weakened bones to reduce fracture risk

• Managing bone loss associated with ageing

• Increasing bone density in weakened skeletal structure

• Reducing spine and hip fracture risks

• Managing high calcium levels from breast cancer spread

• Relieving bone pain from cancer metastases

• Preventing bone complications requiring radiotherapy

• Reducing the need for surgery in bone metastasis cases

Follow these instructions while taking Monthiba 150 MG Tablet 1:

• Take the tablet with a full glass of plain water.

• Swallow the tablet whole without crushing, chewing or dissolving it in your mouth.

• Remain upright (sitting or standing) for at least one hour after taking the medicine.

• Do not eat or drink anything except water for at least 60 minutes after taking the tablet.

• Take this medicine on the same date each month as prescribed by your doctor.

• Consult your doctor if you have trouble following these directions.

Monthiba 150 MG Tablet 1 must be stored as instructed below to maintain its efficacy:

• Store Monthiba 150 MG Tablet 1 at temperatures below 25°C.

• Store the medication in its original pack.

• Keep away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight.

• Store safely out of reach of children and pets.

• Check the expiry date on the package and do not use it after this date.

• Consume calcium-rich foods (like dairy products, leafy greens, and fortified foods) and vitamin D sources (like egg yolks and fatty fish) to support bone health alongside your Monthiba 150 MG Tablet 1 treatment.

• Engage in regular weight-bearing exercises such as walking, dancing, or gentle resistance training to help strengthen bones and reduce osteoporosis progression.
