Microflam P Tablet is used for the following:

• Easing pain and swelling associated with osteoarthritis

• Helping in the management of rheumatoid arthritis

• Reducing pain and inflammation in ankylosing spondylitis

• Providing relief from lower back pain

• Assisting in handling post-operative pain

• Alleviating dental pain

• Helping to manage discomfort from dysmenorrhea

Here's how you should take Microflam P Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Avoid breaking, crushing, or chewing the tablet.

• Try to take your medicine around the same time each day to help you remember.

• Do not exceed the recommended dose without consulting your doctor.

Microflam P Tablet is taken orally.

Microflam P Tablet contains two active ingredients:

• Aceclofenac (100 mg): This is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that exhibits analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic properties. Its function is to inhibit the production of prostaglandins, which are responsible for causing pain, inflammation, and fever.

• Paracetamol/Acetaminophen (325 mg): This is a widely used analgesic and antipyretic agent. It works by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins in the central nervous system and peripherally blocking pain impulse generation, effectively relieving pain and reducing fever.

• Keep Microflam P Tablet in a dry location, away from direct sunlight and moisture.

• Maintain an ambient room temperature below 30°C.

• Keep this medicine out of reach and sight of children.
