Melmet-500 SR Tablet is used for the following:

Follow these instructions while taking Melmet-500 SR Tablet:

• Take the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet as this affects sustained release of the active ingredient.

Melmet-500 SR Tablet is taken orally.

Melmet-500 SR Tablet contains metformin (500 mg), which works on the body as follows:
