Madopar 250 Tablet is used to treat Parkinson's disease, easing symptoms such as tremor, muscle stiffness and slowed movement, and helping you move more freely.

It contains levodopa, which the brain converts into dopamine to replace what is missing, and benserazide, which helps more of the levodopa reach the brain and reduces nausea.

Take it at the times prescribed, and do not stop it suddenly. Avoid taking it with a high-protein meal, as protein can reduce how well it is absorbed.

Rise slowly, as it can cause dizziness on standing. Report unusual involuntary movements, hallucinations, or sudden changes in mood or behaviour, including strong urges such as gambling.
