Macravit M Injection 2 ML is used for the following:

• Treatment of severe vitamin B deficiencies

• Management of neurological disorders related to B vitamin deficiency

• Correction of anaemia caused by a vitamin B12 shortage

• Relief of fatigue associated with B vitamin deficiencies

• Support for cardiovascular health issues

• Addressing absorption difficulties of oral B vitamins

• Replenishment of B vitamins in malnourished patients

Follow these instructions while administering Macravit M Injection 2 ML:

• This injection should only be administered by a qualified medical professional.

• The injection site should be cleaned with an antiseptic before administration.

• After administration, apply gentle pressure to the injection site.

• Do not rub the injection site after administration.

Macravit M Injection 2 ML is administered via an intramuscular or intravenous route.

Macravit M Injection 2 ML contains a combination of essential B vitamins:

• Vitamin B1 (thiamine): This vitamin plays a critical role in energy metabolism by helping convert nutrients into energy. It also supports proper nerve function throughout the body.

• Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine): Involved in amino acid metabolism and neurotransmitter synthesis, this vitamin helps your body make chemicals that transmit signals between nerve cells. It also supports red blood cell formation.

• Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin): This vitamin is essential for DNA synthesis, which is necessary for the production of new cells. It also supports red blood cell formation and helps maintain the protective covering of nerve cells called the myelin sheath.

• Store at room temperature (15-30°C).

• Keep the injection protected from light in its original packaging.

• Do not use if the solution appears discoloured or contains particles.
