Lizolid-600 Tablet can interact with medicines, including 

• Cold or flu medications like phenylpropanolamine and pseudoephedrine: Concurrent may increase the risk of serotonin syndrome due to potential interactions with these sympathomimetic agents.
• Asthma medicines like salbutamol and terbutaline: Co-administration with this tablet may enhance the cardiovascular effects of these bronchodilators, potentially leading to increased heart rate and blood pressure.
• Anti-depressants like amitriptyline, doxepin, and cipramil: Concurrent use may increase the risk of serotonin syndrome due to the combined effects on serotonin levels in the brain.
• Migraine medicines like sumatriptan and zolmitriptan: Co-administration with linezolid may increase the risk of serotonin syndrome due to potential interactions with these serotonin receptor agonists.
• Allergic medicines like adrenaline and epinephrine: Concurrent use may enhance the cardiovascular effects of these medicines, potentially leading to increased heart rate and blood pressure.
• Substances increasing blood pressure like epinephrine, dopamine, and dobutamine: Co-administration with linezolid may lead to an additive increase in blood pressure, requiring careful monitoring.
• Painkillers like pethidine: Concurrent use with linezolid may increase the risk of serotonin syndrome due to potential interactions with these opioid analgesics.
• Anti-anxiety medicines like buspirone: Co-administration may increase the risk of serotonin syndrome due to the combined effects on serotonin levels in the brain.
• Antibiotics like rifampicin: Rifampicin may decrease Linezolid levels in the blood, potentially reducing its effectiveness. 

Lizolid-600 Tablet can interact with medicines, including

• Low immunity: Caution is advised as linezolid may further suppress the immune system, increasing the risk of infections or delaying recovery in individuals with compromised immunity.
• Anaemia: Linezolid can cause bone marrow suppression and exacerbate anaemia, necessitating close monitoring of blood counts and potential adjustments in treatment.
• History of seizures/fits: Linezolid may lower the seizure threshold, increasing the risk of seizures, particularly in individuals with a history of seizures.
• Diarrhoea: The use of this tablet may lead to diarrhea, including potentially severe cases of severe diarrhea that may worsen the existing condition.
• Bruise and bleed easily: Caution is required as linezolid can impair platelet function and increase the risk of bleeding, particularly in individuals prone to bruising or bleeding disorders.

Take the recommended dose of Lizolid-600 Tablet as your doctor prescribes. The dosage may change based on individual factors such as the severity of the condition and response to treatment. It is important to follow the prescribed dosage and not exceed it without consulting your doctor. 

If you take an excessive amount of Lizolid-600 Tablet by accident, it is essential to get immediate medical attention from your doctor or nearby hospital in case you experience severe side effects or worsening of any of the side effects.

If you forget to take a Lizolid-600 Tablet, take it as soon as possible. If the time for the next dosage is close, skipping the missed one is recommended, and resume your regular dosage routine. Never increase the dosage without the doctor’s knowledge.
