Lemolate Gold Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat and manage symptoms of the common cold, flu, seasonal allergies, and upper respiratory tract congestion in adults. It effectively relieves multi-symptom discomforts including nasal blockage, sneezing, watery eyes, fever, headache, and body pain.
It contains paracetamol, a pain reliever and fever reducer; phenylephrine, a nasal decongestant that constricts swollen blood vessels in the nasal passages; and chlorpheniramine maleate, an antihistamine that blocks allergic responses. Take it as prescribed with water, usually after food. Take it as prescribed and do not exceed the recommended dose or duration.
Supporting recovery during acute cold and flu episodes involves appropriate self-care measures. Stay well-hydrated by drinking warm fluids, get sufficient rest, use steam inhalation to ease nasal congestion, and avoid exposure to known allergens, cold drafts, or smoke.
Before starting this medicine, inform your doctor if you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, thyroid disorders, glaucoma, severe liver or kidney disease, or difficulty urinating. Avoid taking other paracetamol-containing products or decongestants at the same time to prevent overdose. Contact your doctor if your symptoms persist for more than a few days or worsen.
