• Oral contraceptives and Estrogen, such as ethinyl estradiol and levonorgestrel: These can decrease the hypoglycaemic effect of Laformin G 1 Tablet 10.
• H2 blockers such as cimetidine can increase metformin levels in your body, enhancing its action.
• Carbonic anhydrase inhibitors like acetazolamide can increase the risk of lactic acidosis when used with metformin in Laformin G 1 Tablet 10.

• High-Fat diet: This can decrease the absorption of metformin, reducing its effectiveness.

Laformin G 1 Tablet 10 can interact with the following diseases:

• Kidney disease: If you have kidney problems, this tablet can accumulate in your body, posing a risk for lactic acidosis.
