Kemograin Tablet 10 is a medicine used to manage acute migraine attacks and associated symptoms such as severe, throbbing headaches, nausea, vomiting, and extreme sensitivity to light or sound.
It contains a combination of ergotamine, caffeine, paracetamol, and prochlorperazine. It works by narrowing dilated blood vessels in the head, blocking pain signals, and reducing nausea. It should be taken at the very first sign of a migraine attack as directed by your doctor.
Identifying and avoiding personal migraine triggers—such as stress, lack of sleep, loud noises, bright lights, or certain foods—can help lower the frequency of migraine attacks.
Before using this medicine, tell your doctor if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, liver or kidney problems, or circulation issues. It is not recommended for daily preventive use, nor is it suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
