Composition

Ondansetron (4 Mg)

Katron 4mg Tablet is used to prevent and treat nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy, radiotherapy and surgery, and to control sickness from stomach infections such as gastroenteritis.

It contains ondansetron, an anti-sickness medicine. It works by blocking the signals in the gut and brain that trigger nausea and vomiting.

Take it as prescribed, ideally before the treatment or procedure that may cause sickness.

Tell your doctor about any heart-rhythm problems or changes in body salts before use. Report a fast or irregular heartbeat, or severe constipation.

Katron 4mg Tablet is used to prevent and treat nausea and vomiting.

Uses of Katron 4mg Tablet are:

Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy Sickness: Prevents nausea and vomiting from cancer treatment.
After Surgery: Prevents and treats sickness after an operation.
Stomach Infections: Controls vomiting from gastroenteritis.

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
Avoid crushing or chewing the tablet.
Follow your doctor's instructions regarding when to take the medicine.
Do not exceed the recommended dose without consulting your doctor.
