Ivabradin 10 Tablet is used to manage stable angina and chronic heart failure by lowering the resting heart rate.

Ivabradin 10 MG Tablet contains ivabradine (10 mg), which works on the body as follows:

• Pacemaker Current Inhibition: Ivabradine selectively blocks the IF current in the sinoatrial node, which is the natural pacemaker of your heart that controls your heart rate.
• Heart Rate Reduction: By inhibiting this specific current, the medicine effectively slows down your heart rate, allowing your heart more time to fill with blood between beats.
• Oxygen Demand Decrease: With a slower heart rate, your heart requires less oxygen to function properly, which is particularly beneficial if you have angina (chest pain caused by reduced blood flow to the heart muscle).
