Hzd 12.5 Tablet 10 is used for the following:

• Lowering high blood pressure

• Managing fluid retention due to heart failure

• Reducing swelling caused by liver problems

• Controlling fluid buildup from kidney disorders

• Decreasing oedema related to hormonal therapies

• Preventing complications of high blood pressure

• Reducing fluid retention caused by medications

• Supporting treatment of nephrotic syndrome

• Helping manage symptoms of cirrhosis

• Assisting blood pressure control in combination therapy

Follow these instructions while taking Hzd 12.5 Tablet 10:

• Take this tablet with a full glass of water.

• You may take it with or without food.

• It is best taken in the morning to avoid frequent night-time urination.

• Swallow the tablet whole without crushing or chewing it.

• Take this medicine regularly to get the most benefit from it.

• Do not stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor.

• Keep track of your blood pressure readings regularly.
