TLS TRIO 40 TABLET 10 is used to control high blood pressure in adults who need more than one medicine.

Uses of TLS TRIO 40 TABLET 10 are:

• High Blood Pressure: Helps lower and control blood pressure in adults with hypertension.
• Combination Therapy: Used when single medicines have not controlled blood pressure well enough.

• Swallow the tablet whole with sufficient water.
• Do not chew, crush, or split the tablet.

TLS TRIO 40 TABLET 10 works by combining the actions of three different active ingredients:

• Telmisartan (40 mg): This element selectively blocks angiotensin II from binding to specific receptors on the muscles lining your blood vessels. By doing so, it inhibits the constriction of these vessels. This leads to decreased resistance in your blood vessels and thus lowers blood pressure.
• Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg): This ingredient helps increase the excretion of sodium, chloride, and water from your body by inhibiting their reabsorption in your kidneys. This action results in increased urine output and a reduced volume of fluids in your bloodstream, thus lowering blood pressure.
