Hhfexo 180 Tablet 10 is used for managing the following health conditions:

• Seasonal allergic rhinitis

Hhfexo 180 Tablet 10 contains fexofenadine hydrochloride (180 mg), which performs the following actions in your body:

• H1-receptor antagonist: Fexofenadine acts as a selective peripheral H1-receptor antagonist, blocking histamine receptors in your body. This means it prevents histamine, a substance naturally produced by your body that causes allergic symptoms, from exerting its effects.
