Hhderm Cream 10gm can interact with the following medicines:

• Other topical corticosteroids (e.g., hydrocortisone, betamethasone creams): Using more than one steroid-containing cream on the same area can increase the risk of skin thinning, discolouration, and delayed healing.
• Other antifungal creams (e.g., ketoconazole, miconazole): Using multiple antifungals together is usually unnecessary and may cause excess irritation without added benefit, unless specifically advised by a doctor.
• Other topical antibiotics (e.g., mupirocin, neomycin): Concurrent use on the same area should be avoided unless prescribed, as it may increase irritation and the risk of resistance.
• Cosmetic products, medicated soaps, or harsh cleansers on the affected area: Perfumed products, exfoliants, or harsh antiseptics can worsen irritation and reduce treatment tolerance when used with this cream.

Use Hhderm Cream 10gm with caution or avoid use in the following conditions:

• Viral skin infections (e.g., herpes simplex, chickenpox, warts): The steroid component (mometasone) can worsen viral infections by suppressing local immune response.
• Undiagnosed skin infections: Inappropriate use of steroid-containing creams can mask symptoms and worsen certain fungal infections, delaying correct diagnosis.
• Acne, rosacea, or perioral dermatitis: Topical steroids can worsen these conditions and cause flare-ups.
• Open wounds or ulcerated skin: Using the cream on broken skin can increase absorption and irritation and should be avoided.

Apply a thin layer of Hhderm Cream 10gm to the affected area exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Use only the recommended frequency and duration. Do not apply to large areas or use more often than advised, as this may increase the risk of side effects.

Using more than the prescribed amount or applying too frequently may cause increased irritation, skin thinning, discolouration, or worsening of the infection. If excessive use has occurred, stop using the cream and consult your doctor for further guidance.

If you forget to apply a dose, apply it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next application, skip the missed one. Do not apply extra cream to make up for a missed dose.
