Gliclazide (80 Mg) + Metformin (500 Mg)

Glycitop M Tablet 10 is used to manage type 2 diabetes. It combines two antidiabetic agents: gliclazide and metformin. Gliclazide stimulates insulin release from the pancreas, while metformin decreases glucose production in the liver and improves insulin sensitivity.
