Composition

Ofloxacin (50 Mg) + Ornidazole (125 Mg) + Racecadotril (5 Mg)

Fixit Of Dry Syrup 30ml is used for the treatment of selected cases of acute infectious diarrhoea suspected to be caused by bacteria or protozoa in children when clearly indicated and prescribed by a doctor, especially in cases where other treatments are not suitable. This medicine belongs to a combination of antibacterial, antiprotozoal, and antisecretory agents.

It is also used to reduce excessive intestinal fluid loss and stool frequency, thereby helping prevent dehydration and electrolyte imbalance during diarrheal episodes. This medicine does not replace oral rehydration therapy and should always be used alongside adequate fluid intake.
