Fenak Plus Tablet is used to relieve pain and inflammation associated with headaches, joint pain, back pain, muscle injuries, and dental discomfort. It is also effective in managing pain and stiffness in arthritis and sports injuries. The medicine helps restore comfort and mobility, providing effective relief from various types of pain.

• Swallow the Fenak Plus Tablet whole with a glass of water.
• Avoid crushing or chewing the tablet, as this may affect the way the medication is absorbed in the body.
• Do not change the tablet dose or take them more often than prescribed.

• Fenak Plus Tablets should be administered orally.

• Diclofenac, an active ingredient in Fenak Plus Tablet, is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces inflammation, pain, and swelling. It inhibits the production of prostaglandins, the chemicals which play a role in the body's inflammatory response.
• Paracetamol/acetaminophen, another active ingredient in Fenak Plus Tablet, is a common pain reliever and fever reducer. It works by blocking the production of certain chemicals in the brain that signal pain and increase body temperature.

• Store this medicine at a temperature below 30 ºC.
• Protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep Fenak Plus Tablets away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• Excess weight puts extra stress on the joints and can worsen musculoskeletal pain. Maintain a balanced diet and regular physical activity to manage weight effectively.
• Include foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids, such as fatty fish (salmon, sardines), walnuts, and flaxseeds. Consume fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins while limiting processed foods, refined sugars, and saturated fats.
• Engage in low-impact exercises like swimming, cycling, or walking to strengthen muscles, improve joint flexibility, and reduce pain. Consult with a physical therapist for personalised exercise recommendations.
• Maintaining good posture is essential when you're sitting, standing, or walking. It minimises strain on the joints and spine. Use ergonomic chairs and pillows for better support.
• For acute pain or inflammation, use cold packs to reduce swelling. For chronic pain, apply heat packs to relax muscles and increase blood flow to the affected area.
• To alleviate discomfort in the lower abdomen, use a heating pad. Practise gentle exercises, and get enough rest during menstruation to alleviate menstrual pain.

• Do not take this medicine if you have severe heart problems.
• Avoid this medication if you are already taking other prescription or non-prescription medications containing NSAIDs.
• If your symptoms persist for over three days, even after taking Fenak Plus Tablet, consult your doctor for a thorough diagnosis and treatment plan.
• Avoid alcohol strictly while taking this medicine.
• Do not pass this medication on to others with similar symptoms. It may harm them.
