• Nonsteroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs): Medicines like ibuprofen and naproxen may reduce the blood pressure-lowering effect of Eslo-D Tablet and increase the risk of kidney problems.

• Psychiatric medications: When taken with hydrochlorothiazide in Eslo-D Tablet, medicines like lithium can have their blood levels increased, potentially leading to lithium toxicity.

• Cardiac Glycosides: Eslo-D Tablet may alter the levels of digoxin in your bloodstream and may increase the risk of side effects due to electrolyte disturbances.

• Antidiabetic Medicines: Medicines like metformin or insulin may require dosage adjustments, as hydrochlorothiazide can affect blood glucose levels.

• CYP3A4 Inhibitors: Medicines such as ketoconazole and itraconazole may increase the concentration of s-amlodipine in your body, enhancing its effects.

High-potassium Foods: The intake of high-potassium foods should be monitored while taking Eslo-D Tablet, as hydrochlorothiazide can lower potassium levels in your body.

Eslo-D Tablet interacts with the following diseases:

• Impaired Kidney Function: This medicine may worsen kidney problems and cause electrolyte imbalances in patients with existing kidney disease.

• Liver Disorders: Patients with liver problems should use this medicine with care, as it may affect the liver's ability to process the medication.

• Gout: Eslo-D Tablet can increase uric acid levels, potentially triggering or worsening gout attacks.

• Systemic Lupus Erythematosus: This medicine may activate or worsen symptoms in patients with this autoimmune condition.

The daily dose of Eslo-D Tablet should be taken as prescribed by your doctor. Your doctor may adjust the dose based on your blood pressure response. Never change your dosage without consulting your doctor.
