Eptoin Injection can interact with medications, including: 

• Antihypertensives such as reserpine. The concomitant use may decrease the concentration of this injection in blood. 
• Anti-epileptic agents such as felbamate, topiramate, oxcarbazepine, and diazepam. The concomitant use may increase the concentration of this injection in blood. Antiepileptics such as sodium valproate and valproic acid may increase or decrease the concentration of this injection in blood.   
• Anticonvulsants such as ethosuximide. The concomitant use may increase the concentration of this injection in blood.
• Antituberculosis agents such as isoniazid. The concomitant use may increase the concentration of this injection in blood.. 
• Antifungals such as fluconazole, ketoconazole, itraconazole.The concomitant use may increase the concentration of this injection in blood.
• Antibiotics such as chloramphenicol. The concomitant use may increase the concentration of this injection in blood. 
• Antianxiety medications such as chlordiazepoxide. The concomitant use may increase the concentration of this injection in blood. 
• Gastric acid reducers such as cimetidine. The concomitant use may increase the concentration of this injection in blood. 
• Estrogens. The concomitant use may increase the concentration of this injection in blood. 
• Anticoagulants such as warfarin. The concomitant use may increase the concentration of this injection in blood.
• HIV medivations such as nelfinavir. The concomitant use may decrease the concentration of this injection in blood.
• Barbiturates such as phenobarbital. The concomitant use may increase or decrease the concentration of this injection in blood.

Eptoin Injection can interact with diseases, including:

• Heart disease: The risk of cardiovascular toxicity may increase if the infusion rate of this injection is high. This injection is contraindicated in patients with severe heart problems such as sinus bradycardia, sino-atrial block, second and third-degree A-V block, and patients with Adams-Stokes syndrome. 
• Porphyria (a blood disorder): This injection may exacerbate porphyria.

If you take an excessive amount of Eptoin Injection by accident, it is essential to take immediate medical attention from your doctor or nearby hospital. Symptoms of an overdose include uncontrolled eye movement, lack of coordination, slurred speech, weakness, nausea, and vomiting.
