• Certain antibiotics and antifungals, particularly CYP2C8 and CYP3A4 substrates: Some medicines used to treat infections (such as clarithromycin, erythromycin, rifampicin, ketoconazole, itraconazole, fluconazole, and voriconazole) can affect how this medicine is processed in the body. This may either increase side effects or reduce effectiveness, so your doctor may adjust treatment or monitor you more closely.

• Grapefruit Juice: It is advised to avoid grapefruit and grapefruit juice during treatment and discuss any dietary concerns with your doctor.
