Envas Rb 5/25 Mg Tablet 10 is used to manage high blood pressure under specialist supervision, and in selected patients with heart failure or protein-losing kidney conditions. It combines an ACE inhibitor and an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) to help lower blood pressure and ease strain on the heart and kidneys.
Take this tablet as directed by your doctor, with or without food, at the same time each day. Continue taking it regularly even if you feel well, as high blood pressure often has no symptoms. Do not stop it suddenly without speaking to your doctor.
Alongside this medicine, reducing salt in your diet, staying physically active as advised, maintaining a healthy weight, and limiting alcohol can help support blood pressure control.
This combination should only be used under close medical supervision because of the risk of kidney problems and raised potassium levels. Tell your doctor about any kidney or liver problems, pregnancy, or other medicines you are taking. Report any swelling, reduced urination, or unusual tiredness promptly.
