Eldeflox-OZ Tablet is used for managing the following:

• Infections in the dental region

• Respiratory tract infections, such as pneumonia and bronchitis

• Gastrointestinal infections, like diarrhoea

• Urinary tract infections

• Infections in the genital tract

• Blood infections, known as septicemia

• Infections in the brain, or meningitis

• Skin and soft tissue infections

Use Eldeflox-OZ Tablet with these instructions:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water.

• Avoid crushing or chewing the tablet.

• For best results, take it at evenly spaced intervals.

• Continue taking this medicine for the full prescribed duration even if you feel better before finishing the course.

• Always take this medicine as directed by your doctor.

Eldeflox-OZ Tablet is taken orally.

Eldeflox-OZ Tablet contains two active ingredients:

• Ofloxacin (200 mg): This fluoroquinolone antibiotic works by inhibiting the bacterial enzymes DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV. These enzymes are crucial for the DNA processes in bacteria. By interfering in these processes, ofloxacin effectively stops the multiplication and spread of bacteria.

• Ornidazole (500 mg): This nitroimidazole derivative is effective against anaerobic bacteria and parasites. It causes damage to the DNA of the susceptible microorganisms and interferes with their DNA synthesis, leading to cell death. Ornidazole is particularly useful in managing gastrointestinal and genital tract infections.

• Keep Eldeflox-OZ Tablet in its original packaging.

• Store at room temperature.

• Keep away from direct sunlight and damp places like bathrooms.

• Always keep this medicine out of sight and reach of children.

• Remember to use the medicine before its expiry date.
