Dydrosure Tablet is used to treat conditions caused by a lack of progesterone, including irregular or painful periods, premenstrual syndrome and endometriosis. It is a single-ingredient progestogen (a form of the hormone progesterone) containing dydrogesterone.
It is also used to support the womb lining when prescribed. Take it on the days of your menstrual cycle that your doctor specifies, in the dose, frequency and duration prescribed by your doctor.
Eat regular balanced meals with iron-rich foods such as dal, green leafy vegetables and jaggery, get enough sleep and stay active. Note your cycle dates and any bleeding pattern to share with your doctor.
Before starting, tell your doctor about your full medical history and about all other medicines, supplements or herbal products you take. Report severe headache, unusual vaginal bleeding or breast pain promptly. Follow the prescribed dose, frequency and duration, report persistent or serious side effects, and do not stop the medicine unless your doctor advises you to do so.
