Duojet 3ml Pack Of 5 Respules are used for the following:

• Management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)

• Relief of bronchospasm in lung conditions

• Treatment of chronic bronchitis

• Management of emphysema

• Control of breathing difficulties in respiratory disorders

• Long-term airway maintenance therapy

• Prevention of airway narrowing

• Management of persistent breathing problems

Follow these instructions while using Duojet 3ml Pack Of 5 Respules:

• Use this medicine with a nebuliser device only.

• Store the respules in their foil pouch until immediately before use.

• Check that the solution is colourless to light yellow before use.

• Do not use if the solution appears discoloured, cloudy, or contains particles.

• Empty the entire contents of one respule into the nebuliser chamber.

• Breathe normally through the mouthpiece until all the medicine is used up.

• Rinse your mouth with water after each use.

• Consult your doctor for specific advice about your condition.

Duojet 3ml Pack Of 5 Respules contain two active ingredients that work together to help you breathe more easily:

• Ipratropium (0.5 mg): This is an anticholinergic medicine that blocks the action of acetylcholine, a chemical in your body that causes airways to narrow. By preventing this narrowing effect, ipratropium helps keep your airways open and relaxed.

• Levosalbutamol (1.25 mg): This is a selective beta2-adrenergic agonist that works by stimulating specific receptors called beta2 receptors in your lungs. This stimulation causes the smooth muscles surrounding your airways to relax, which allows your airways to widen and makes breathing easier.

Follow these instructions while storing Duojet 3ml Pack Of 5 Respules:

• Keep Duojet 3ml Pack Of 5 Respules in the protective foil pouch until ready to use.

• Store below 30°C, away from excessive heat.

• Protect from light exposure.
