Donzheimer M Tablet is used in the following conditions:

• To manage Alzheimer's dementia
• Prevent nerve damage, enhance cognitive function, and improve memory, especially for age-related issues
• It also supports brain health by preventing nerve cell damage

• Take the tablet with a full glass of water without cutting, breaking, or chewing it. 
• It is recommended to take it at a specified time every day for the best outcomes. 
• Stay within, adjust, or stop the dosage after consulting your doctor.

Donzheimer M Tablet is taken orally. 

Donzheimer M Tablet contains the following components:

• Donepezil (5 mg): Donepezil is an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor. It enhances the function and levels of a chemical messenger in the brain called acetylcholine that plays an important role in memory and learning. It does this by preventing the breakdown of acetylcholine in the brain.
• Memantine (10 mg): Memantine is an NMDA receptor antagonist. It helps to regulate another chemical messenger called glutamate, which is involved in learning and memory processes. It does this by blocking the NMDA receptors, thereby protecting brain cells from excessive glutamate stimulation that can be harmful.
