Dompan Tablet is used to treat peptic ulcers and manage conditions such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), reflux esophagitis, and acidity by reducing stomach acid. It also helps relieve nausea, vomiting, heartburn, dyspepsia, and acid-related indigestion, easing digestive discomfort. This tablet may be used as part of therapy for conditions with excessive stomach acid, as prescribed by a doctor.

Swallow the whole Dompan Tablet with a glass of water.
Do not crush or chew the tablet, as this may affect the way the medication is absorbed in the body.
Do not change your tablet dose or take them more often than prescribed.

Dompan Tablet should be taken orally.

Dompan Tablet contains the following components:

Domperidone (10 mg): It is a dopamine antagonist that helps to improve the movement of food through the digestive system. It works by blocking a specific receptor in the digestive tract, which increases the contractions of the muscles and helps food move more smoothly.
Pantoprazole (20 mg): It reduces the production of stomach acid by blocking the enzyme responsible for producing acid in the stomach. By reducing the amount of acid, pantoprazole helps to relieve symptoms such as heartburn and allows the healing of peptic ulcers.

Pregnancy

Is it safe to use the Dompan Tablet during pregnancy?
